I Critics' Choice Awards, premi del Broadcast Film Critics, sono riconosciuti come gli anticipatori più precisi degli Oscar. Negli ultimi due anni, infatti, il 78% dei candidati nelle categorie principali ha poi ottenuto la candidatura all'Oscar.
I vincitori saranno annunciati il 17 gennaio, durante la cerimonia al Beverly Hills Hotel.
